 The newest tasty treat that's getting buzz is actually getting people buzzed. The frozen concoction is a popsicle made out of beer -- a HOPSICLE!
A restaurant owner in Alexandria, Virginia accidently stumbled on the perfect treat for summer. He said when he was in a rush to chill beer he accidently left it in the freezer too long -- the result? A nicely frozen brewed treat called a Hopsicle. Now he's selling the frozen concoctions, which come in funny flavors like "Rasbeer-y" and "Fudgesicle."
Since Virginia is so uptight... the creations have also caught the attention of a bigger entity -- the Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control board, who is trying to get them to stop selling the Hopsicles. Apparently, according to Virginia law, alcohol must be poured directly from the container to the glass and served immediatley. The law was created to prevent bar owners from potentially switching out beers and scamming the customers.

ROCKY HORROR RETURNS
I'm not sure why producers feel the need to remake classic movies, but it's happening again. MTV is set for a remake of the '75 cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
According to insiders, it will use the original screenplay but may also include music not reatured in the original. No cast members have been announced yet.
RAP THERAPY

Detroit natives Eminem and Kid Rock have been challenged to a freestyle rap battle, all in the name of charity. The million dollar offers come from the producers of a new movie "Rap Therapy" that chronicles a Detroit social worker's efforts to use hip-hop to steer troubled teens away from gang-banging, drugs and violence.
Also included in the documentary -- celebs like 50 Cent, Diddy, Anne Hathaway, Fergie and Tom Cruise, who talk about the benefits of hip-hop as a tool for kids in troubled cities.
