Fighting Disease: This one depends on what you're trying to prevent. If you wanna reduce your risk of heart disease, diet is super important! If you're trying to prevent diabetes, exercise is the best! When it comes to preventing cancer, diet and exercise are BOTH really important!
Overall Well-Being: If you're tired of feeling tired, exercise wil help boost your energy! A bunch of studies say that people who train consistently report surges in energy. And if you want to improve your mood, exercising is the way to go for that too! Working out for just 20 minutes can put you in a better mood for up to 12 hours!!!
