Chris Brown's huge graffiti murals show his considerable talent as an artist, but the works outside his Hollywood Hills home aren't sitting well with neighbors.
Residents of the community have complained to L.A. City Councilman Tom LaBonge, saying that his home and its tags have become a blight on the block.
Officials then cited Chris Brown for "unpermitted and excessive signage" on his property. If he doesn't get rid of the graffiti murals ASAP, he'll be fined.
According to TMZ, this is just the tip of the iceberg with the 24-year-old star.
His neighbors are reportedly royally pissed off at the loud parties Chris throws at all hours of the night, and aren't fans of cars speeding up and down the street.
